BMW M Car Meetup December 2016

The last BMW M car meetup for the year has just concluded. This time around there were about 30-40 cars with around 50 or so people. It was a great turn out and a few special cars came along for the show. These two gorgeous M2s decided to show up and steal the spotlight. One of them was completely stock while the other was tricked out with carbon fiber, well pretty much everything. 

Walking around I noticed that most of the M cars had a clear bra on either the front fascia of the vehicle or the entire body. Not many owners decided to forgo this extra treatment for their car. I personally was one of the few that didn't have any sort of protection on my car at all. I do agree that it would be nice to wrap up the entire car and protect it but in my case I can barely see the rock chips as they blend right in with my paint. There are some chips on the windscreen though which is unfortunate as it does get annoying to stare at the entire driving. After seeing the popularity of having clear bras for these types of vehicles and the protection it provides, I will definitely be wrapping my next car the first thing once I take delivery.
