Check out this BMW M3 launch control video going from a standstill all the way to 145MPH!!!! This is just insane!!! The M3 was losing traction all the way from the lower rpm of first gear, but then it seemed to catch well in second gear. I presume that this is all dependent on the tire and skills of the driver, but with traction control off, there will be loss of traction whenever doing launch control. However, the car pulls hard from first all the way till 3rd gear. That's really where cars with alot more HP start to shine. But enjoy the video!
