I decided to break up the routine and head over to Portola Valley Cars and Coffee. It was a much smaller meet than most but there were a few interesting cars that did show up including the new Aventador S and also a really nice looking Ferrari 458 Speciale. Normally the first Sunday of every month is Blackhawk Cars and Coffee. This year, they decided to cut the season short and make 10/1/17 the last meet. I choose not to go because I had never been to the Portola Valley meet prior. The other reason was that Blackhawk Cars and Coffee is always incredibly packed. I never get there early enough to find good parking and it's harder to find supercars in the midst of thousands of people and other vehicles. Take a peak at this newly delivered Aventador S. We saw another Aventador S at the 100 OCT Cars and Coffee but that had a black exterior making it harder to see the lines. This BMW M4 has a custom individual paint job. The paint was sourced by the owner and made to match by BMW so there's only one of this color in the world! The car has a GTS hood and also a wing on the back. No idea why the BMW is all distorted ... and why it says GTS on the back of the car because it clearly isn't a real GTS. The interior choice is also quite interesting ... Okay, let's check out the rest of the cars that were there. Oh by the way, that's not a 911R. It almost had me fooled with the stripes but nonetheless it's not.
