This Cars and Coffee event was hosted by BMW CCA or BMW Car Club of America. It's a come and go as you please event. It's free for all to attend and meet some great people and cars. It was held in the plaza right off of HWY 280 and Lawrence Expressway. Anyhow, an Aventador SV and McLaren 675LT decided to crash this BMW meetup! Okay you must be wondering why a Lambo and McLaren would show up to a BMW car event. Honestly, I don't know ... but they were at a different car meet over in Portola Valley beforehand. I didn't attend but I saw pics from a friend. Anyhow, I guess they couldn't resist seeing some amazing BMWs. At this event there weren't that many F80s but alot of the older generation BMWs and also an 1M! I saw a Ferrari California in the parking lot as well. Was snapping up some pics and didn't realize the owner was standing right behind me. He turned out to be a really nice guy! Enjoyed chatting about the car with him. I also got a chance to speak with the SV owner as well. Apparently he's never washed the car, and yes it's been driven for about 5k miles! He only uses a quik wax. Unbelievable! He mentioned that even during the rain, he doesn't find water or grime getting into the engine bay, perhaps the engine is just generating too much heat? The car's paint is a standard paint that has been with Lamborghini for many years but it's the only SV with this color on the west coast! Speaking of supercars, the 675LT had an exhaust so hot that it was creating shadows with the heat coming off of the tips! Just incredible how much energy and heat these cars put off just driving around town. Imagine what it's like on the track. Check out some pics of these amazing cars down below! Here's the Ferrari California. And here are the BMWs. Last but not least saw a P100D with ludicrous and a Camaro ZL1 I think??? Sorry, not very familiar with Camaros.
