Meguiar's Quik Wax is a cheap and easy way for anyone to keep their car in pristine condition. It can be bought in most automotive shops and at your local Walmart or Target. The quik wax does exactly what it advertises which is to provide a fast solution to keeping any car paint looking like new. It's not a thick wax and is quite runny. It doesn't really clumpy together, stick or leave streaks which thicker waxes tend to do. What I like about this wax is that it can be applied with a cloth and doesn't require a buffer. This means that I can just stick it into the trunk of my car and I can be off and about. I don't need any power source to use it so it can be great on trips.
The wax actually smells kind of nice. Not that it's important but if I'm going to be breathing the odors in, might as well make it something pleasant. The quik wax comes in a spray bottle and it can be easily applied onto the surface of the vehicle or a microfiber cloth. The runny consistency allows the wax to be spread over a large area easily and a few wipes will make sure that the surface looks good as new.
This particular wax is also good for touch ups when I've already had the car waxed beforehand but might have needed to wipe down a dirty portion of my car. It's a good way for me to reapply some wax without the need for my buffer. I've not had many issues with this particular wax. It's not hard to apply at all and I think anyone could do it. Some other waxes require more effort to apply evenly which takes more skill (not much more) and definitely alot more time to apply correctly. I've had instances where I've gone over a spot with my buffer but didn't take enough time so it would leave residue on the car making an unpleasant sight. It could still be wiped off but sometimes it wouldn't show up unless in direct sunlight.
Overall, this is a product that I would definitely recommend to all. It's a cheap and effective product that gives good results. There is one reservation and that is I wouldn't suggest using this wax for the entire car that often because more sprays are required and that can go through the bottle quite quickly.
